kitchen operations. In addition to this, I played a pivotal role in the redevelopment of the buffet

banquet area, enhancing and optimizing the dining space for a better customer experience. During

my tenure at GVL, I implemented an efficient color-coded system for Banquet Event Order (BEO)

formats, streamlining communication and organization. At the Javits Center in New York, I led a

dynamic team in catering for a crowd of over 500 daily, exhibiting my capacity to manage large-

scale operations seamlessly. Notably, my involvement in menu development for standalone

restaurants and a 320-person wedding venue underscores my versatility and creative input in
