I create inspired, mostly local meals that are as delicious as they are body, mind and soul nourishing.
I am a life long Artist and self-taught Wholistic Chef. I have been working professionally as a caterer, planning and executing my own menus for 13 years. I put my artistry into my cooking imbuing it with a beauty inspired by the seasonal bounty of the Big Island. As a native to this island I have a deep connection to Her seasons, however subtle. Using locally sourced, organic ingredients I create inspired meals that are as delicious as they are heart, soul and body nourishing.
