I am Kingstonian born aspiring Michelin star holder. I have over 15 years of experience in the kitchen & I have been single-handedly building my culinary portfolio for the last 10 years of my life. After high school, I dived right into Culinary School, where I was granted the AHLEI Managing Service in F&B Operations completion award. After that I began my career at the Biloxi Veterans Affair where I was offered the position to become the Lead Cook at the age of 23. I’ve recently resigned from those duties, where I am now pursuing my full-time dream career as a Traveling Private Chef.
