I am a professional Pastry Chef, and my work specialty is Brazilian Desserts. I also have experience with mediterranean and italian food, and also love to explore new flavors, especially asian ones. I really admire the classics, emphasizing the fresh ingredients. Since 2022 I started to study more about feeding restrictions, so I have lot of knowledge about vegan food and also gluten free diet. My main desire is to make people happy while eating my food!
