I have been a professional chef for 6 years in and around the Chicago area. We did over 100 personal chefs and 200 catering since we started. We specialize in American, Italian, Hispanic, Asian, Mediterranean, Fusion, Southern, Smoked/BBq, Vegan, and Desserts. We can do it all! With no guest limit. I learnd how to cook at home with my grandmother. My best friend's grandmother was Italian so she also had us in the kitchen making food from starch.
