As an engineer turned chef, I am passionate about the art of cooking and have pursued it as a career. Originally from India, I have been exposed to a world of multi-cuisine that has broadened my culinary horizons. My wife is a pure vegetarian, and this has inspired me to continuously innovate and create new vegan and vegetarian dishes. I have had the privilege of working at two Michelin Star restaurants in Switzerland, which has honed my skills in culinary techniques and flavors. In addition, I hold a culinary diploma from Switzerland, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the culinary arts. I also owned my own pizza restaurant, which has given me valuable entrepreneurial experience and insight. My specialties include vegan, vegetarian, Indian, fusion, Italian, Mediterranean, and breakfast cuisines, and I have over three years of experience in the food industry.
