I am a very quirky and ambitious person who takes any task to the fullest. I started cooking about 3 years ago in a small kitchen to prove a point. I then grew as a person an a chef learning many skills and techniques. As my talent grew I out grew my small kitchen and started my journey through a Tucson resort mastering the fine dining restaurant. I can create many dishes and always have new ideas to integrate into my work.
