Food is medicine and art which is why I am intentional with the ingredients and dedication I put into every meal.

I am a professional chef with over 6 years of restaurant experience, ranging from private dining to farm-to-table. Within that time, three of those years have been spent growing as a pastry chef, making desserts such as grapefruit Turkish delights, gluten-free options such as flourless chocolate tortes, and ice creams like chamomile orange and fig Malbec.
