I am a professional chef with a degree in culinary arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1999. I also have certification from the Culinary Institute of America Prochef Two. I have been doing private dining for 30 years with many of the same clients. I have traveled in Italy for several years to study the cuisine and wine industry there. As an executive chef I have run very large operations with both casual and fine dining outlets always exceeding expectations. I have traveled the USA extensively opening new operations and training chefs. My style of food is always on trend and innovative. I also am trained in special dietary needs.
