I’m a certified Culinary professional located in Charleston South Carolina. I provide intimate at home culinary experiences and catering for small private parties. I have over ten years experience cooking in numerous James beard awarded restaurants and worked alongside some of the most accomplished chefs on the east coast.

I’ve worked my way up in top kitchens spanning from Kennebunk Maine, Boston MA and now in one of Charlestons most renowned seafood establishments. Weather it be working in fine dining, gastro pubs, or butcher shops I’ve cherished every opportunity this cooks quest has sent my way. Cooking is my life’s passion and I love sharing my knowledge and techniques with new friends and clients.
