I am a professional chef with several years of training, under James Beard and Michelin chefs in the Boston area . My brand of food is a combination of French, new American , and South Asian flavors , and specialize in meat and fish cookery as well as vegan fare , both in a fine dining and casual setting .
Generally I will have several seasonally appropriate menus built out in my profile at all times, however I much prefer to work with my clients to build a menu that truly suits their needs.
