By combining the best of our Argentinian flavors, music, grilling techniques, and even traditional outfits we brought Asado Gaucho to your table

We are Asado Gaucho, a truly Argentinian Dining Experience catering company located in San Diego, but we serve the entire southern California region.

Our experience consists of bringing a show of fire, tradition, and cuisine from Argentina to your table. We offer 3 different Pre-fix menus curated with the best Argentinian flavors. All menus offer 4-7 different courses of meat plus 2-4 sides.

Some other of our mouth-watering offerings include Skirt Steak, Argentinian Pork Sausage, Chimichurri Adobo Tri-Tip, Lemon Zest Flank Steak, Egg Mozzarella Stuffed Roasted Peppers, Creamy N Cheesy Kabocha Squash, and Lemon Honey-Dijon Roasted Whole Chicken, to name a few.

From Chimichurri Tri-tip to homemade Empanadas, all of our items are unique and freshly made. Costillar a La Llama is our highest acclaimed menu since we slow-roast a whole rib rack on a 5-foot wide open fire grill for 3 hours. It is spectacular for our guests to admire.

Not only do we prepare these dishes on-site, but we also offer whole-animal roastings on-site. Definitely one of our most requested items and something that I think truly sets apart from the rest. We cook a Whole Pig & Lamb utilizing an imposing iron-made stake in a 45-degree angle to roast it over the flames, just like the Gauchos used to do in the open fields.

Our presentation is key to set up the ambiance. All of our Butcher blocks, cutting boards, and knives are custom handmade. Everything is prepared on-site, and our show involves information about cooking techniques, Argentinian history, and tips on how to improve grilling skills.

For me, cooking is...

My history, where I come from. In Argentina we are taught how to master the grill at the age of 6. It's a passion, we cook for 10+ people once a week!

I learned to cook at...

my house, with my father and grandfather. Asado is a costume that has been passed through generations in my family.

A cooking secret...

Is Patience. Food is supposed to cook by itself. We are just helping meat dance with the fire, thats all.
