Private Jets, Bakeries, Steak and Seafood Grills, Banquets, Showcase front lines, Country clubs, Theme parks, Yacht & Beach Clubs, Resort Hotels and the Service side as well as a server and Bartender. Now as a dedicated Private and Personal Chef.

I’ve also worked abroad In the Hawaiian islands, the British Virgin Islands, and the island of Azores in Portugal. From a kool-Aid stand at 5 years old to having worked for J-lo and Ben Affleck. I’ve been extremely fortunate to do what i do.

At a very young age. the youngest of four. i had to learn to fend for myself or starve. Eggs being my absolute first thing i ever learned and loved.

Chef Andres is uite simply the best private chef we have ever engaged. He created a magical evening for my husband’s birthday. The menu was creative and perfectly and promptly prepared. He is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10!
