With over two decades of experience in some of the most unforgettable and prestigious kitchens around the world (French Laundry Napa Valley, Mugaritz San Sebastian, Gordon Ramsey NYC, Meadowood Napa Valley, etc) I’ve honed my skills in a myriad of culinary styles, cutting-edge and ancestral techniques alike and regional cuisines.
I also founded, owned and led critically acclaimed culinary and hospitality powerhouses in NYC like Martha Brooklyn and The Brooklyn Edible Social Club. Over the years I've served as culinary director and culinary consultant at many nation-wide restaurant groups and brands including Major Food Group, The Meatball shop or Captain Lawrence Brewery, to name few.
