Hello! My name is Andrés Alulema, Chef/Owner of Micuna. Micuna is a unique Latin vegan concept based in San Francisco with a simple mission: To create delicious, satisfying, plant based food. I am heavily influenced by the bold flavors and fun textures of South and Central American, Mexican, and Asian cuisines. My food is non traditional, and is guided by California seasonality.
