I am a Chef with over 30 years of experience, I have worked around the world, I love cooking and I am passionate about Japanese cuisine, I have traveled the world but my favorite place is NYC, I have worked in the most important restaurants in Manhattan and Williamsburg. I know fish-based foods perfectly and I am a promoter of the Mediterranean diet, I am the president of GUSTOROSSO Company and president of the Sardinia district of the AICNY.
