I am a homemade chef. I would call in a school during the pandemic online of course. Since then I was executive chef at a local restaurant here in Cle Elum\ Roslyn. I enjoy cooking I enjoyed the fast pace, the intensity of the kitchen. I have cooked all my life. But I've been a chef for about 10 years. I believe that everything tastes better when it's from scratch.
