I am a former attorney turned chef.

Once I found my true calling, I decided to attend culinary school at Johnson & Wales University I have a decade of experience in private household service, and I also teach private culinary nutrition courses. After healing my own personal health issues with diet, I am passionate about helping others to implement lasting changes. I have culinary as well as an education degree.
