I took a summer job as a prep cook when I was 17 years old. I thought Id do that for one season and then head off to college. I wound up staying in that role for 7 seasons, working other cooking jobs and going to culinary school in the interim. My favorite cuisine is basically anything Mediterranean but I love trying neew foods and then replicating techniques to expand my own skillset.
