I'm a professional chef with 8 years of experience. Classically trained at the Culinary Institute of Michigan where I completed my culinary degree and bachelors in Buisiness Administration. Worked in multiple James Beard recognized restaurants including Selden Standard. Held an executive chef position at Que's Kitchen for 2yrs while starting a successful and unique private dinner experience in detroit called the Vinyl Tasting. Currently I'm venturing into private chef work, pop up events with my business Queen Kitc, monthly cooking class at Que's kitchen, and caterings.
