Hi - I'm Amanda! A Bay Area native who has been cooking my entire life and have a deep passion for connecting people through food. I specialize in farm to table cooking, letting seasonal ingredients shine. I also have a passion for asian cuisine, Coastal California seafood and mostly making your dining experience special and memorable! Whether a dinner party for a special occasion or healthy weekly meal preps for you and your family - I'm here to make your life more delish!
A little about me: I have a background in fashion marketing but then decided to follow my lifelong passion, packed up my Silicon Valley life to move to Ireland and live on a sustainable farm while learning invaluable cooking techniques and skills. From bread baking, to making beautiful cakes and pastries to fresh seafood and butchery preparation, soups, gorgeous salads, canapes and more. I also walked away with a deeper appreciation being able to practice sustainable farming and foraging the freshest seasonal ingredients to use in your dishes in a true farm to table setting.
I am excited and passionate about bringing joy and flavor to all your dining needs and crafting memorable menus and meals.
