Hi - I'm Amanda! A Bay Area native who has always had a deep appreciation for fresh, flavorful food and building communities through food. While I have been cooking and had a passion for it my entire life I ended up working in brand marketing for fashion brands the last 15 years but finally decided to follow my passion and go to culinary school to be able to share my cooking and love of food with the world.
I packed up my Silicon Valley life to move to Ireland and live on a sustainable farm while learning invaluable cooking techniques and skills. From bread baking, to making beautiful cakes and pastries to fresh seafood and butchery preparation, soups, gorgeous salads, canapes and more. I also deeply appreciated being able to practice sustainable farming and foraging the freshest seasonal ingredients to use in your dishes in a true farm to table setting.
I am excited and passionate about bringing joy and flavor to all your dining needs and crafting memorable meals that are delicious and also photoworthy!
