I am a private chef and certified sommelier living in New York City & Southampton NY. I started my professional culinary journey after moving to New York City after college, working as a sales account manager for the caviar institution Petrossian. I decided to pursue my passion and attend the Institute of Culinary Education. During this time, I worked for Feast and Fetes, Daniel Boulud’s events and catering company. I then went on to work at Le Bernardin. I love traveling and exploring the world through food. My cuisine focuses on classic French techniques pulling inspiration from my travels as well as my southern upbringing.
