A recent graduate of The Culinary Institute with a life longs worth of experience.
Coming from a line of chef's in my family, I have grown to not only enjoy food but make it my passion. As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America here in San Antonio TX., I have experience in plenty of cuisines, including but not limited to Latin, Asian, French, and Mediterranean cuisine. Cooking a delicious meal is more than the ascetics of the plate, but rather the meal in itself. There needs to be love in each dish, making sure that dedication and skill is put into every ingredient.
My family has owned a chain of Tortilla and Tamale Factories through out San Antonio, so my experience has come with plenty of time, having managed a small golf course kitchen, along with opening up my own private chef business called Eating Lovely.
