I’m a chef with over 5 years in professional kitchens and over 10 years perfecting my craft. At 16 I was on Food Network’s ’Chopped’ and by 18 I was enrolled at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. After pursuing my Education, I completed an externship at Walt Disney World. From there I’ve worked everywhere from local bars / eateries, to a well known NJ food truck company, to a corporate kitchen.
