I consider myself a professional chef, I’m a self taught chef, I’m a chef that loves taking risks and if I fail. I learn from it and know how to push myself to be better at it the next time. I’ve been catering/private chef for four years now, and I love it. The people, the outcome of my work, my flavors that people brag about. The standing ovation, the smile, the wanting to come back for more. That’s what you call cooking and being a chef, I love taking pride & joy in my food and being able to show that off. Oh my goodness Alysha was wonderful! From beginning to end. She even decorated to make the moment even more special. Her conversation was incredible, the food was incredible, the decorations were incredible. Everything was top tier. She made us the happiest couple ever. I would 1000000 percent book with her again. It was an amazing experience that i feel alot of other people should enjoy for themselves. Absolutely lovely.

Alysha was a wonderful chef who provided us with a Mother's Day brunch. She was engaging and genuinely looked like she enjoyed cooking and preparing such a special experience for us. She brought a variety of food for our entire family who has many different tastes and even our 5 year old who is a picky eater. Alysha created the most beautiful impressive meal to celebrate our anniversary , even added additional seafood on top of what we discussed. Arrived on time worked quickly, clean up after herself, very friendly and interacted throughout the evening
