I am passionate about food & wine and have an eye for all the little details that make the difference between a good event and a GREAT EVENT!
I am a professional chef with over 12 years experience in the kitchen, and 20 years experience in the front of house (fine dining restaurants). I completed Culinary School with a degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship and started my Personal Chef & Catering business. I have worked in private homes for elite clients, catered wedding receptions and corporate events, designed & executed menus for multi-course wine dinners. I also provide clients with bi-weekly, weekly & monthly prepared meals.
