I am a professional chef with over 5 years of experience. I have worked in several Michelin Star restaurants and under world-renowned chefs, such as Eleven Madison Park, Per Se, and under the guidance of Chef Daniel Boulud. I attended the Culinary Institute of America where I specialized in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine with Asian influences. I also minored in Wine and Beverage Studies, and bring my knowledge of wine pairings to my cuisine. I am known for seasonal tasting menus paired with world-class wines, and I'd absolutely love to share my skills with you!
