Chef Allison Anderson

I have been cooking for over 25 years. Some of my experiences have been in restaurant settings. From Fine dining to line cook. I have been executive chef in two restaurants. Also have done some catering on my own. Playing with flavors and putting my own twist on traditional dishes is exciting. My comfort foods are southern style cuisine. Greens, fried chicken, Mac and cheese, shrimp and grits among many other comfort foods. I also cook many different cultured foods. From Indian, Hispanic to Cuban. My upbringing was in the South near New Orleans so my love for flavor and spice is never missing. No matter the setting I always enjoy cooking and will always make the best of any situation.
