I have been here on Kaua'i for the last few years as a private chef, working with families on reunions, parties, weddings, and special events. I love using local seasonal ingredients that our farmers markets bring together. I encourage guests to try local seafood if that's a part of their diet. Food is my love language and I would be honored to be included for your dinner plans while on Kaua'i.
