I am a professional Chef with over 18 years culinary experience. I have a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Appalachian State University and a culinary degree from CPCC in Charlotte, NC. I relocated to culinary capital Charleston, SC 10 years ago and have learned to hone my craft and be inspired by the local produce, seafood, and overall pride in culinary expertise that this amazing city has to offer. I have cumulative 11 years Executive Chef experience and I believe that hospitality starts in the home. One of my favorite things about working in restaurants is being able to share in our guest's special occasions, be it birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations or to celebrate any milestone. I would love the opportunity to work with clients one-on-one to create a unique and custom dining experience.
