I’ve been cooking professionally for 14 years now. I studied briefly at the Nashville art institute in the culinary program they offered. I later immersed myself directly in the restaurants I’ve worked in over the years. I am a Dad trying very hard to balance work and home hoping to make a schedule that better suits my whole family.
