I’m a classically trained Southern chef with Creole and French style and am comfortable with all traditional steakhouse/country club classics.
I’m a chef with over two decades of fine dining and kitchen management experience. I worked in a French restaurant as a teenager and as I moved around from Sarasota to Boulder, New Orleans, and then Asheville, I remained in the business and worked with some stellar chefs.
I’ve cooked at Commander’s Palace, the Hotel Boulderado, Biltmore Forest Country Club, Bull and Beggar in Asheville, and many other establishments.
In the past year I’ve gotten into catering and private chef work and the results have been spectacular! I only wish I had figured out sooner how rewarding it is to work with people directly.
