I have professional cooking experience since my time at Westover Job Corps and even before that culinary camp at Holyoke community college is a teenage. As well as some training at Branford Hall culinary Institute of Springfield, Massachusetts. I have found inspiration in many places, whether it was work or from a loved one. I can travel the world As long as I have a kitchen & some quality ingredients If I wanna be in the Middle East or Spain or Italy, all I Gotta do is turn on the oven.

Being autistic, I have texture & smell sensitivity, which has definitely been helpful in the kitchen & being mindful towards detail. I LOVE GOOD FOOD.
