As a professional chef with over 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels, I have honed my skills in the art of culinary excellence. Originally from Athens, Greece, I now call Los Angeles my home, where I have worked at some of the city's most esteemed dining establishments.
I had the privilege of working at Providence and Melisse, two 2-star Michelin restaurants, before taking on the role of opening Chef de Cuisine at Wallys in Beverly Hills. I also served as Executive Chef at the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica and as the opening Executive Chef of Le Grand in Downtown Los Angeles. These experiences have allowed me to refine my craft, create new and exciting dishes, and share my passion for food with others.
In my free time, I love to work out, travel as much as possible and experiment with new recipes.
I am excited and committed to delivering upscale, elegant dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on my guests. I believe that great food has the power to bring people together, and I strive to create unforgettable culinary experiences that do just that.
