Hi my name is Alarica I am a personal gourmet vegan/vegetarian chef specializing in cuisine inspired from all over the globe. As a little girl I enjoyed watching all my grandmothers and great grandmothers prepare glorious dishes. I learned Puerto Rican cuisine from my dads side, and Eastern European dishes from my mother's.
