For me food starts first and foremost with the freshest, quality, in-season ingredients, combined with a flair for bold flavors and concepts.

I am a professionally trained chef, with over 20 years experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry. I studied at Johnson & Wales University & and have since honed my skills at some of the finest restaurants & high end catering facilities in NYC & Miami. I currently own & operate The Table Gathered my own Personal Chef & Boutique Catering company, as well as manufacture my own line of Artisan Butters & Spice Blends based in Brooklyn, NY.

a very young age. Long before earning my degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University, I worked in my family's catering business as a teen.
