A tech professional turned Michelin star chef, I followed my heart and all of my senses to pursue my dream of cooking professionally.
I started my epicurean journey twenty years ago, finding the ultimate joy in gathering people and feeding them. While my professional trajectory strategizing and storytelling on behalf of various tech companies led to a fulfilling life, true fulfillment remained in my passion for nourishing people through gastronomical skill. I completed culinary school and now spend my days and nights working alongside culinary geniuses- learning how to create the most satisfying and beautiful dishes spanning all cultures and time periods using the highest quality ingredients. I spend my "free" time as a chef for hire- planning, prepping and servicing private dinners. I'd like to bring my years of cooking experience and current professional acumen to work with like-minded chefs and hungry clients.

home. I then pursued a Culinary Arts degree at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan and now work at the two Michelin starred The Modern.
