My name is Chef Airic Thornton. I was born and raised in Buffalo, Ny. I have 7 years of restaurant experience working in top restaurants as a line cook and as a Personal Chef. I briefly attended Culinary institute Of America, and graduated with my Culinary degree from Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. After traveling around the map and researching various cuisines and cooking methods, I've decide to stay along the west coast as I continue to further my career and growth. Putting pride and joy with local fresh ingredients, showing off colors of a complete dish is a must, for me and my clients eye appeal.
