Currently living in Juneau, Alaska- I own a restaurant called Black Moon Koven, thought the restaurant has its own menu my expertise and love are food subscription meal preps that range for people who want to eat better to those struggling with GI problems, diabetes, cancer survivors, GERD, dietary restrictions as well as bodies that need to keep up with their Macros or those who want a better relationship with food.
I offer private course dinners when time allows and also teach yoga, strength training and practice psychosynthesis when I am not in the kitchen.
The best kind of stories are those that are experienced through food, with food and exploring the facets of how we show up with others for ourselves while sharing a meal.
I customized the experience to tailor the clients needs and without minimizing the depth of flavor given the circumstances or ingredient challenges.
