Chef Ahmad Alaraj

I am a professional chef with a deep passion for cooking and 10 years of experience. My journey first began in Dubai where I studied alongside some amazing chefs. I was a private chef there for a few years. It was a great learning experience for me and I grew as a chef and person. After that I came to Florida and continued to challenge myself more by working at Parkshore Grill in Saint Petersburg. There, my passion for plating a beautiful dish began. I continued to work my way up at Parkshore Grill before branching off and beginning my own business. I started a Middle Eastern concept food truck called The Shawarma King. I focus on serving people high quality food at an affordable price from the cleanest food truck you’ve ever laid eyes on. Cleanliness and quality are my top priorities. Besides the food truck I also focus on private catering’s. I hope to one day own my own restaurant.
