Chef At Home In San DiegoI have been cooking professionally for more tan 20 years, had my own restaurant, catered events, and currently teaching culinary arts at SLT, I am also a WSET level 2 sommelier. My education comes from Le Cordón Bleu de Paris campus Mexico City and have various diplomas including Wedding planner, gourmet sommelier, cigar sommelier, and Mexican cuisine, which with French is my specialty. I enjoy finding the perfect pairing to make both the dish and the wine an exquisite experience. Setting the table, linens, flowers, china, glasses etc is a favorite.
