Chef Adelston is amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed. As a Christmas gift I gifted my mother and 3 friends a chef for a night. They settled on Chef Adelston after reviewing menus. Chef Adelston was responsive, when I asked to modify/add anything he was always willing and communicated well asking clarifying questions. Then the night of the meal arrived and he showed up on time and delivered even more than what we had hoped for. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the food was even better. I cannot say enough positives about Chef Adelston. Wonderful person and an amazing chef. I highly recommend Chef Adelston and I do plan to have him prepare more meals in the future.

The meal itself was absolutely stunning, both in taste and presentation, and we truly appreciated how the chef explained each course and laughed with us at the table. Our guests were raving about the meal for hours after we finished the last spoonful of dessert. Thank you for a most memorable anniversary dinner.
