My name is Chef Adam Sturges. I'm classically trained in French cuisine. I don't follow recipes (unless its a tradition) but I listen to my clients pallet and create their vision on a plate. I've created tailored menus for private clients, 5 star restaurants, country clubs, in addition to being a culinary instructor. I can use flames for entertainment or turn them down for an intimate event.
