Over the past 20 years, I have deepened my understanding of regional flavors and cooking styles, drawing inspiration from Latin American, Goan, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. My approach seamlessly integrates elements from these cultures, creating a personalized and dynamic culinary experience.

As a professional cook for over three decades—and an Executive Chef for 14 years in Seattle, WA—I have developed extensive expertise in kitchen and restaurant operations.
