With over 30 years of experience in the culinary arts, I am classically trained with a foundation in Italian and French techniques. Over the past 20 years, I have deepened my understanding of regional flavors and cooking styles, drawing inspiration from Latin American, Indian and Asian cuisines combined with my Eastern European heritage. My approach seamlessly integrates elements from these cultures, creating a personalized and dynamic culinary experience.

I believe in the power of craftsmanship, the importance of genuine human connection, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Throughout my career, I have sought to understand the origins of what we create—whether mastering the art of cured meats and salumi as a self-taught artisan to embracing the lessons that come with experimentation and failure. My passion extends beyond cooking; it is a lifelong fascination with the process, the people, and the moments that make hospitality meaningful.

As a professional cook for over three decades—and an Executive Chef for 14 years in Seattle, WA—I have developed extensive expertise in kitchen and restaurant operations.

Adam was such a a delight and made for an unforgettable evening. The food was incredible and Adam made it so seamless! What an amazing experience having a gourmet meal prepared and plated in your own home. It was perfect and Adam's menu for our intimate family gathering like a glove. Still reminiscing about this :) hoping to work with Adam again soon!
