Hospitality isn't a career - it's a creed. I try to give the best of myself to all my guests, as if I had invited them to a dinner in my own home!
My name is Adam, a Brooklyn-based professional chef with over eleven years of experience in the field. Most recently, I have been employed with Tao Group Hospitality, working at some of their premier locations in Manhattan - most notably, the established French restaurant Cathedrale, and the newly opened Japanese restaurant Sake no Hana. I consider myself to be a flexible cook, capable of accommodating any and all allergies and dietary restrictions, as well as a wide variety of culinary options!
