As a classically trained French chef, I love to bring enjoyment to my guest; 20 years in the Industry and two culinary schools, let me cook for you.
I am a professional Chef with over 20 years of experience in the industry; I attended The Culinary Institute of America in New York. I also went to New England culinary in Vermont.
I have worked with some of the best chefs farmers and fishermen in New England. I have also been Chef of restaurants in Durham.
In 2019 I had a child and took a break from the culinary world when Covid hit to stay at home and support my family. Now I am looking to make my mark as a private chef, a function chef, catering as well as classes. Please keep in mind large parties over 6 will be family style or buffet; this allows a better quality meal and better timing of your dining experience.
