I am classically trained, experienced and fully capable Chef. I have incorporated culinary experiences into my varied professional career for many years – from hosting senior military leaders and diplomats in luxury villas, to catering team building events in austere or primitive conditions. I have also serviced multiple catering events and venues, hosted private dining, performed restaurant services, and provided meal preparation for clients.
