I have an overwhelming passion to share my food experiences and knowledge with others through unique and exciting flavor combinations.
At my very core, I define myself as a cook; Someone who prepares food for others for nourishment, or for sheer pleasure and experience. I love learning and sharing about different food cultures, ingredients and techniques. I am a sourdough baker, a wine and beer geek with certifications in wine education by the WSET and Court of Master Sommeliers USA. I love working with seafood, and fresh and local seasonal produce.
