I provide an amazing culinary experience covering multiple cuisines while working clean, organized and with attention to detail.
I was born and raised in the south which is my backbone in culinary. I have been working in excellent hotels for the past 8+ years. During that time I have catered to VIP guests, hotel residents and at private residences. I am proficient in multiple cuisines but a few of my favorites are Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Vegan, BBQ, and Soul Food. I look forward to making your dream menu with a southern flair.
