I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I studied hospitality management at Kendall College in Chicago. During my time at Kendall, I studied under Damien Thuries at Le Grand Ecuyer (Cuisne en Trilogie) in Cordes-sur-Ciel France. Now for the last 10-plus years its been California dreaming taking my Southern France culinary roots to the California coast and then to Sierra Nevada Mounties. Where I opened my restaurant Fork & Love, a vegetable-forward restaurant that worked with local farms and focused on slow foods and root-to-leaf eating. “let food be the medicine and medicine be the food.” - Hippocrates
